| How to Order Gift Certificates |
| Cuthbert Greenhouse is excited to be offering Gift Certificates for the 2013 spring season! Gift Certificates are a great way to raise funds for your organization or to send to someone for a special occasion. Redeemable at our annual Farmer’s Market, the gift recipient can select from a wide variety of flowering annuals, perennials, or vegetable plants. Our Gift Certificates can be purchased in any denomination and can be personalized with your organization’s name or purchaser/recipient information that will come pre-printed on the certificate. If you prefer to not have them personalized, there is an area on the certificate that you can write your own information. How to order: 1.) If you would like to purchase Gift Certificates by mail, please fill out the printable form by clicking here and mailing it to: Cuthbert Greenhouse, Inc. Attn: Gift Certificate Sales 4900 Hendron Rd Groveport, OH 43125 Please make sure to include your phone number, mailing address where you would like the gift certificates sent, and depending on your method of payment, either your credit card information or a check for the total amount. We will mail your Gift Certificates within 24 business hours of receiving your request. 2.) If you would prefer to purchase Gift Certificates over the phone using your credit card, please contact us at 800.321.1939. Please have the following information available: 1. Name of organization, if you are purchasing for a group fundraiser. 2. If you want the Gift Certificate personalized, the name of the purchaser/recipient. 3. Credit card number, billing address, zip code, expiration date and 3 digit code on back of card. 4. Mailing address where you would like the certificates sent.
